At By Noora Veda, we design every piece to last — but we know that sometimes, life (and jewelry) can get a little unpredictable. That’s why we offer a 1-year warranty from your purchase date on all By Noora Veda pieces.

If your jewelry experiences any issues — such as breakage, damage, faulty clasps, or unexpected tarnishing — we’ll happily replace it for you.

• This warranty does not cover lost items.
• Sale items are covered only if the style is still in stock.
• International customers are responsible for a $100 shipping fee for warranty replacements.
